• Half day (4 hours) or full day (8 hours) rentals. For rentals of less than 4 hours, please contact us for availability.
• On boats without a license it is added to the total cost.
• DEPOSIT of 500 euros for all rentals. The deposit for boats with PNB certification will be €2000 WITHOUT skipper and €500 WITH skipper.
• If you want to add Skipper to your reservation, when you go to confirm the reservation, select the Skipper extra or contact us (25 euros per hour for up to 6 people, from 7 people 37.50€ per hour)
• To account for the maximum number of people, minors are also included.
• The navigation limit for boats WITHOUT a licence will be Cabo de San Antonio in a northerly direction, and Cabo Negro in a southerly direction at the latest, provided that the weather conditions are appropriate, otherwise navigation will be limited to the bay of Jávea.
• The navigation limit for boats WITH a licence will be the port of Denia in a northerly direction and the port of Moraira in a southerly direction.

Footwear with non-slip silicone soles, sun cream, sunglasses, hat, towel are recommended, you can also bring a picnic on board. It is not advisable to bring excess clothing and other objects, only what is necessary.

If the reservation is canceled up to 3 days before the arrival date, the amount paid will be refunded, less cancellation fees. If it is canceled later, the amount paid as compensation will not be refunded and the option to change the day rental will be given at no additional cost.

In the event of bad weather conditions, a change of rental date may be requested. Sea Rent will be the one decide if these adversities make safe navigation impossible. Sea Rent studies the weather forecasts every day and their updates, these being uncertain and changing. If Sea Rent decides that it is not safe to go sailing, the option will be given to change the reservation for a different day depending on availability.

If due to breakdowns or for any reason beyond the control of Sea Rent produced prior to the start of the lease, it was not possible to deliver the boat leased, a boat with the same or similar characteristics will be delivered, charging or paying the price differences, provided that the client agrees. If this is not possible, and at the client’s choice, an alternative day will be offered or the full price paid up to that moment for the lease will be returned, without claim.
